1. How do I navigate your website, select and buy a product.
Simple! On the left is our Virtual store menu. Move your mouse cursor to where it says 'Categories'. A java pop-up menu should come up showing you all the different categories and sub-categories of goods that we have available. Select your desire categories and then click on the 'GO' button. Or get rid of the pop-up menu by clicking on the X in the top left corner. If this pop-up menu does not appear (some navigators may not be compatible) or you just don't like to scroll through all the categories, click on 'Categories' and it will take you to a neatly organized Categories page. Here, you can click on the category of your choice and scroll through the items. You will be able to see 10 items/page. Click on any item to see detailed description and close-ups in most cases. Click on 'Next X items' to move into the next set of items. You can also search for item by keyword, price or Item ID#. Click on 'Home' to return to the main page at anytime. To purchase an item, enter amount desired and then click on 'Add this item to your cart'. You can then continue shopping by clicking 'Continue Shopping' or 'Checkout' at this time. You will be prompted to enter billing, shipping and other information and once you submit your order, we will take it on from there! If you need help, email us at help@reems.com

2. How do I use Reems Search ?

  • M for Medium
  • L for Large
  • XL for Extra Large
  • XXL for Extra Extra Lrage

Search by Price

To search by price type in the dollar amount. For example to find all dress for 39.99 or less. You would enter 39.99 and press sarch button. The search result would display the items which meet your price amount and any items which is below that amount.

Search by Product

Includes product Id, Color, description etc.

3. What is the difference between Billing Address and Shipping Address?
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive the shipment. Reems.com requires both addresses as this serves to improve security. Large orders may need further verification especially if shipping & billing addresses are different.

4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. We are able to offer you this money back guarantee because we are very confident that you will like Reems.com's merchandise. If however, you do not like our products you can return it (if in original condition) within 15 days of date of purchase, for a full refund of the item's purchase price.


Effective July 1, 2001, all returns on ghagra cholis & elite suits (any suit above $125 each) will incur 15% restocking fee. This fee will ONLY be waived if there is an error on Reems.com's part as far as size or other significant detail. This will help Reems.com avoid potential refunds abuse problem and keep our costs low, savings that we pass on to customers.

However, we will not refund the shipping charges incurred, if any. Shipping is refundable in a few cases such as where the item is defective or if there was some misrepresentation of size, material, etc (both quite unlikely).

Important note on refunds of items that were shipped free under ‘Free Shipping over $50’: Unless defective, the buyer will incur the original shipping charge if buyer returns an item.  For instance, if someone buys a dress for $54.99 and pays no shipping under the promotion but decides to return the dress, the amount of refund will be reduced by the amount of Reems.com’s shipping cost.  In essence, the free shipping applies only in the case where the good is kept:
Refund=$54.99 – $4.49 (or whatever the shipping cost was) = $50.50

Clearance items can be exchanged for other store items for their full price unless the clearance reason was misrepresented in error or it is stated specifically otherwise in the item description. One more option available is to incur a 20% restocking fee to receive a cash/credit refund. For any refunds, you need to be approved first. Write to refunds@reems.com and inform us what you are refunding. Though our policy is ‘no-questions asked’, we do appreciate if you inform us of the reason for return so we can improve our service continually. On approval, you will be issued a RMA# that will be used for tracking purposes. You will need to return the dresses within 14 days of receipt of RMA or 30 days of receipt of goods, whichever is earlier for full credit. Otherwise, we will have the option of issuing you a store credit for the full amount or charge 15% restocking for monetary refund. You will then receive a message such as follows:

For prompt response and credit to your account, write down the RMA# prominently on the box. On receipt of clothes, we will e-mail you advising you about your credit. This credit can be applied back to your card or preferably to your account, in which case you can buy any other items online against this credit.

5. How can I make payment for my purchases?
You can make payment in several different ways:

  1. Pay through a credit card online: In this case, your order will be processed as soon as we receive the order. .
  2. Order via telephone: Call us at 1-866-620-1888 (Toll-Free) or 713-965-6068 to order via telephone. Live service hours: 10am-4pm CST. Please do leave your name, telephone & a brief message if you call after-hours or if representatives are busy during office hours.
  3. Pay via Paypal.com: This is a free service that allows you to charge your card with a third party and then they pay us. In this case our user id in paypal is: help@reems.com. Order will be processed after payment has made through.
  4. Pay through a check or a money order: In this case, the order will be processed after we receive the check or the money order. The procedure for this is as follows:
    > 1. YOU need to email us the codes of the items you wish to purchase. This will allow Reems.com to reserve item for you (for maximum 4 business days).
    2. Reems.com will reply with an invoice including shipping & handling.
    3. YOU need then to send Reems.com a money order/personal check at following address.

    Only after payment is processed, Reems.com will ship you your purchased goods.

6. Can I cancel or change an order after it has been placed?
Yes. Please e-mail us immediately at help@reems.com. However, it is possible that if you sent the e-mail more than 12 hours after the purchase that the order may already have been processed and shipped. If shipment has been made then you would have to submit another order (if you wanted to add something) or return the shipped goods using the process described above.

7. How do I use promotion codes?
Sometimes, Reems.com will offer special discounts. You need a promotion code to use the discount. Simply type it in the Checkout form. And if your code matches the promotion conditions, we will apply it in the email invoice that you will receive. It will not be reflected on the final online invoice. But don't worry, we will take care of it! E-mail us if you have questions. Note: Special promotions cannot be combined.

8. How can I inquire about the status of my order? How do I contact you for any other reason?
You can call our customer service at 1-866-620-1888 (Toll-Free) or 713-965-6068 or send an email to
help@reems.com with your order number to inquire about the status of your order. Please provide us with the respective order number whenever you call or email us to check the status. Phone messages and emails are generally replied to within 24 hours during business days and 24-72 hours if message is left on weekends/holidays. Priority of correspondence and replies in order or priority will be as follows:
(1) E-mail: Highest (2) Telephone (3) 'Snail' mail

9. How many days will it take to get the shipment?
Your purchase will be delivered to you depending on the shipping method that you chose while placing your order.  Below is an estimate of delivery times for the services we offer.  These times are estimated from the day following your order being placed at Reems.com.

If inventory/technical problems will delay delivery beyond 7 business days, we will notify you. If you cannot wait 7 business days, please notify us so we can expedite delivery.  

Our preferred method of shipping is by USPS Ground Service. If you are ordering over $50 of merchandise, you might qualify for free ground shipping, see below.

10. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated by weight of goods. We charge pretty much what shipping actually costs. Handling charges are normally less than $1 if any. Normally all items are defaulted to 1 lb. Heavy party/bridal dresses may be set at 2 lbs.

11. Will you ship internationally?
Yes, we will. Rates are in the table above. Express delivery is available and if your purchase is over $50, see next Question.

12. Why did my final online bill show a shipping charge even though my order was over the stated minimum? Can I have expedited/international delivery under the promotion?
Don't worry! Our web program is not yet smart enough to recognize the free shipping. But, your email invoice will indicate free shipping as promised. If your purchase is above the stated minimum ($50 or $100 as stated on the homepage), shipping will be free via USPS Ground Service. If you choose Express mail or International or International Express, this is normally not eligible for any shipping discounts.

13. Do you deliver flowers/cakes to Pakistan, if we place an order in the US?
Yes we do provide this service. However, we need 3-4 business days lead time to deliver it on time. For example, if you want the item to be delivered on 23 December 2000, then it’s best to place the order by 18 December 2000.

14. Can I order flowers and cakes to be delivered within USA?
No, you cannot order flowers and cakes to be delivered within USA since we do not provide that service as of now.

16. Can I make a purchase by using my friend's/relative's credit card?
No, you cannot make a purchase by using your friend's/relative's credit card. The credit card should be in your name. This is only to protect you. However, we do allow for exceptions though this may require additional verification.

17. What kind of credit card security do you operate?
Our fortified security measures ensure that sensitive information (i.e. credit card number) is protected. All your personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet that guarantees that your information is inaccessible to any third party. We use worldwide industry-standard SSL technology for this data encryption. We are registered with
Thawte, a US-based Net Authentication Agency as a Secure Site.
18. How do you deal with Credit Card Fraud?
We trust our customers. But, at the same time we will take the utmost action as allowed by law to pursue fraudulent card activity at our store. We have contacted the FBI's Internet Fraud division about past credit card fraud and will do the same in the future.

20. I am confused about sizing, where can I get more help?

21. What's behind the name Reems?
We are often asked this question. Reem is an Arabic word that stands for a gazelle and symbolizes beauty. Reems.com symbolizes beauty as well-- beauty on the web that is. And our goal is to make you look beautiful as well with our beautiful 'Reem-like' clothing and accessories. Or beautify your knowledge with books or beautify your honor with jilbaabs & hijaab. Hence, we are all about beauty, we are Reems.com: Where Eastern Fashion Thrives!

22. Do you have a printed catalog?
No, we don't currently. We are focussing completely on the Internet store and want to make your online experience wonderful. Nearly every item that we have in inventory that meets our quality standards will be either online or in the process of being online. Hence, we currently do not see the utility of an 'off-line' catalog. This does not mean that we will never have one. We will keep you informed if and when we do print one.

23. Where are your stores? Are you in the non-Internet retail business?
Answer is similar to the previous one. We are strictly ONLINE. All our sales are online and we intend to remain that way at least in the near future. Sometimes, we may entertain special requests to see our products in person (especially if in Houston) but this is a rarity. For instance, money-back guarantees do not apply when purchasing in person. 24. Are you in the wholesale business?
Depends on the product and quantity. Please email orders@reems.com Specify item number and quantity for fastest response.

25. What about custom tailoring/designing?
Generally no. But, we will entertain special or large-quantity requests especially in the bridal suits area. Please email help@reems.com and tell us what you are looking for.

26. How do I use a gift certificate?
First of all, shop as you would normally do. You would need to enter your credit card information, etc. In the space for promotion code, enter the unique number that should be located on the top left corner of your certificate. Your final online invoice will not reflect the certificate discount. But, your email invoice and actual billing will reflect the certificate. Please note that there is no refund if your purchase is less than the face value of the certificate. If you have any other questions, please contact us. We want to make your use of the certificate as simple as we can make it.
