Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products except where
specified (books/watches are not refundable except where damaged). We are
able to offer you this money-back guarantee because we are very confident
that you will like Reems' merchandise. If however, you do not like our
products you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. The item(s)
have to be in original condition (for instance clothing has not been worn
except for trying it on) and a full refund of the item's purchase price
will be applied.
However, as is standard industry practice, we will not refund the shipping
charges incurred, if any (note that we are presently offering free
shipping for all order over $100). Shipping is refundable in a few cases
such as where the item is defective or if there was some misrepresentation
of size, material, etc (both quite unlikely).
THE SIMPLE REFUND PROCEDURE:
For any refunds, you need to write to help@reems.com and inform us,
after which you will be issued a RMA# that will be used for tracking
purposes. You then need to ship us the good within 5 business days of
issuance of RMA. As soon as your item is received back with the RMA#, we
will apply credit to your account/card immediately.
BOTTOM-LINE:
Rest assured, we plan to be in this business for a long time and
hence, our customers like yourself are our #1 priority! If you are not
satisfied with something, we will not be satisfied either. |
